Susanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a degree in Business Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Susanne also holds a Supervisory Management Qualification from the Irish Management Institute, is an EFQM Accredited Validator, a qualified trainer, and a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute.

With extensive experience working as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer and in Operations Management, Susanne’ has been merited with many opportunities to work with large industries in the development and transition of Quality Management Systems and the deployment of continuous improvement activities.

As a Lead Accessor for ISO 9001 and a Q Mark Accessor Suzanne has worked with many organisations to implement best practice programmes and is committed to delivering a quality management system for every company she works with.
