Pat is a licensed BREEAM & BIM Accredited Professional and Certified Passive House Designer, he sits on the RIAI Sustainability Taskforce and is an active member of the Irish Green Building Council where he previously lead their sustainable products and materials group.

Pat is responsible for the development and implementation of BIM strategies within Henry J Lyons and sees BIM technologies as being fundamental to the design and execution of highly sustainable buildings.
